One of the Victorians, built in the 1880's, is the oldest house in Emeryville.  It was the residence on a two hundred acre cherry orchard estate.  The other Victorian, built in 1890's along with the original older home, were once owned by Harlan Wilson.  He was the mayor of Emeryville and left his signature on the property in the form of beautiful tile mosaics, unique brick work and cement etchings found throughout the gardens.

For the past 20 years, the complex has been owned by the same family which has carried on the tradition of artistry and fine workmanship.
